Mrs. Hill's New Cook Book.
Annabella P. Hill was born in 1810 in Georgia to a socially-prominent family. Her treasury of 19th century recipes, cooking advice, and household hints was first published in 1867. This is considered one of the most influential books of the post-Civil War South.
